Job Description:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Manager Benelux ready to join our team! The Marketing Manager Benelux & Nordics will be the creative force behind our Jumbo Group brands, taking charge of their diverse portfolios across multiple categories in the Benelux & Nordics. You'll be the mastermind ensuring our brands thrive and make a lasting impact.

Gameplay Strategy: Key Quests and Missions:

1. Own and manage brand positioning within the Benelux  & Nordics.
2. On top of the local portfolio, initiating new ideas on licenses.
3. Manage the Marketing budget (consumer & trade).
4. Proactively monitor and manage sales performance:
- Initiate actions to meet annual targets.
- Develop and implement annual plans (in collaboration with Central) to drive brand and sales growth.
-Continuously track and respond to brand and market trends.
5. Develop and execute local POS materials, in-store staff training, and other in-store activities in collaboration with local/regional retailers.
6. Manage local/regional content strategies.
7. Lead local marketplace strategy, management, and advertising (Amazon, Bol, etc.) in coordination with Central teams.
8. Manage local/regional SEO/SEA strategies.
9. Establish (joint) promotions with local/regional partners.
10. Organize and manage local/regional PR, ambassador, influencer, and sponsor events and activities (trade & consumer).
11. Oversee social media and online community management, including content creation and content calendar management.
12. Manage local/regional BTC & BTB trade shows.
13. Review and ensure the accuracy of translations for all materials.

Player’s Handbook: Skills and Experience:

  1. Completed HBO or WO education in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration).
  2. Fluent in Dutch, English and French would be a plus.
  3. Minimum of 4 years of proven work experience in a similar marketing role.
  4. Sharp analytical skills, being creative with an eye of detail, and strong skillset when it comes to conceptual and project-based work.
  5. Outstanding commercial and communication skills are a must for championing dialogues with all stakeholders.
  6. Being stress-resistant will come in handy.
  7. Driven enthusiast with a good sense of humor.

Reporting Line: Our Marketing Manager Benelux & Nordics will be leading the local Marketing team, reporting to the General Manager Benelux and closely connected to the VP Global Brand
