Job Description:

We are on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Ecommerce Manager who is ready to join our regional sales team. You will be our champion in driving consistent product sales victories at our major ecommerce customers, analyzing performance across various online channels, and ensuring robust and continual sell-in results. Your role will require close collaboration with our internal teams, ecommerce customers, and the group ecommerce squad.

Gameplay Strategy: Key Quests and Missions:

  1. Drive strong and consistent product wins at our major ecommerce customers to ensure continual growth.
  2. Regularly analyze and monitor performance across our ecommerce customers and owned channels, identifying new tactics to level up, while ensuring we are on track to hit or surpass our performance targets.
  3. Manage and nurture relationships with our key partners (buyers, vendor managers and other stakeholders) at our ecommerce customers.
  4. Team up effectively with our partners' teams, such as our Bol Acceleration Team and Amazon AVS, ensuring smooth operations and maximized gameplay.
  5. Collaborate with your marketing and group ecommerce counterparts to ensure the right focus and budget allocation for performance marketing.
  6. Work side-by-side with our supply chain and operations teams to secure top-notch operational scores at our customers.
  7. Collaborate with marketing to deliver top-tier product data to our customers, uncovering areas of improvement through creative testing.

  3. You enjoy teaming up with diverse playmates across different countries and don’t mind packing your suitcase for team meet-ups.
  4. If your play style leans more towards office politics than actual game tactics, you might want to look elsewhere.
  5. If you prefer setting game rules over getting your hands on the game pieces, a more structured corporate enviroment might be a better match.

Player's Handbook: Skills and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  2. 3-5 years of leveling up in Ecommerce, preferably in the realm of consumer goods.
  3. Experience in the big leagues of online platforms as a seller or vendor.
  4. Sharp analytical skills with a knack for turning data into gameplay strategies and policy accordingly.
  5. Fluent in Dutch and English, with bonus points for additional languages.
  6. Strong communication skills are a must for championing dialogues with customers and internal stakeholders.

Player Character Sheet: Traits and Talents:

  1. A passionate gamer in the realm of Ecommerce and digital landscapes.
  2. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to narrate our story effectively.
  3. A team player who enjoys forging strong alliances, collaboration, and balances hard work with a spirit of fun and play.
  4. Flexibility to adapt to the ever-evolving game of Ecommerce.
