Job Description:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist ready to join our team of playmakers! You will be our champion in crafting and executing marketing and PR campaigns for the DACH region, ensuring our brand shines brightly across all channels. Working closely with our media agency and the Marketing Manager DACH, you'll help design and roll out our annual plans.

 

Gameplay Strategy: Key Quests and Missions:

·Supporting the development of marketing materials and digital assets

·Supporting the Regional Marketeer in the development and implementation of social media campaigns

·Create and manage social media content for our channels, while boosting external social channels. Execute content calendars and conduct bi-yearly growth analyses.

·Working closely with the design team to ensure relevant and high quality content for social media.

·Responsible for weekly/monthly social media reporting to deliver the most relevant results with clear insights, best practices and learnings

·Prepare and participate in new product launches, prepare customer presentations, develop price lists

·Support sales with compelling retail and annual presentations

·Coordinate and manage local product samples, customers, trade shows and showroom

·Maintaining press contacts and supporting bloggers

·Support the execution of consumer and trade shows and events

Player's Handbook: Skills and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration, preferably in the realm of consumer goods.
  3. Fluent in German and English,
  4. Sharp analytical skills, being creative with an eye of detail, and strong skillset when it comes to conceptual and project-based work.
  5. Outstanding commercial and communication skills are a must for championing dialogues with all stakeholders.
  6. Being stress-resistant will come in handy.
  7. Pre: 1-2 years of proven work experience in Marketing.
  8. Pre: Proven experience with online campaigns.

Reporting Line:

Our Marketing Specialist will be part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager. They will also team up with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring our campaigns are top-notch and our brand stays ahead in the game.
