Job Mission:
As an HR & Office Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting and coordinating HR activities and managing office organization efficiently. You act as the first point of contact for both staff and external contacts, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office. Additionally, you play a key role in supporting HR processes, such as recruitment and selection, onboarding, administration, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Onboarding: Welcome new employees and ensure they have everything they need to start smoothly, like contracts and access to systems.
· Administration: Maintain personnel records, track sick leave, and manage time-off requests.
· Payroll Support: Work with the payroll department to ensure everyone is paid on time.
· Office Management: Keep the office organized and ensure supplies, like coffee and office materials, are always available.
· Office Management: first point of contact for colleagues and visitors
· Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing the inbox and phone and taking care of the daily lunch.
· Health & Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Experience:
· Education: MBO-4 diploma, preferably in HR, Office Management, or a similar field.
· Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills and requirements:
· Language Skills: Dutch and English skills are a plus.
· Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized and good at planning.
- Strong communication skills and helpful.
- Reliable and discreet, especially with confidential information.
- Flexible and able to handle stress.
